hmmm... I always suck at top tens (I hate to choose) but I'll try (also, with series, I always count them as one movie):

Say Anything
Kill Bill
The Matrix(es -- yes, all three, I am a HUGE fan)
LotR
12 Monkeys
Singles
Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon/ Hero
Frida
A Room With a View
Pretty in Pink/ The Breakfast Club/ Sixteen Candles

Really, I should have more comedies on that list (because when I rewatch movies, I usually pick comedies) but none of my favorites seem like top ten favorites... except maybe Juno, and I'm not sure about that one yet. Oh, and 30 Year Old Virgin actually should be on my list, I love that movie!!!! We'll call it 11.

Needless to say, I have highly eclectic tastes.

Frack: I forgot Slaves of New York! And Dead Man! And Ghost Dog! And Gladiator.

Ah... you see why I can't limit myself to ten?

Off the top of my head:
Dead Man Walking - far and away the most beautiful film I have ever seen
A Few Good Men
When Harry Met Sally
The Shawshank Redemption
one of the Harry Potter movies
Contact
Donnie Darko
Garden State
Dangerous Liaisons
some subset of the Star Wars saga
