Chathouse (Coffee and meals at 8th and Howard, closed 1999?)
Spaghetti Western (breakfast in Lower Haight, closed early 2000s)
Cafe Cuvee - Divine but slow brunches at Market and 14th (closed sometime in the last 5 years)

In Austin:
Martin Brothers Cafe (closed...1995?)
