This guy is not messing around. In the first couple of days he's already signed orders to close Guantanamo and all other CIA prisons, and to stop waterboarding, hooding, beating, shocking, and siccing dogs on all military and paramilitary prisoners. And lots of other stuff, of course. This is so exciting!
