This article does not even begin to touch the teeniest tip of the truth about the matter. But an article like this is so much better than none at all. I am really starting to feel like awareness of adult ADHD needs to be raised by 1000%. Of course I am still in the process of raising my OWN awareness!

ADHD

OK, I can write a little bit about ADHD I guess.

One thing about living with a person with ADHD: Quite often I'll open the toaster oven to find a forgotten piece of toast or leftover chicken wings. And when I open the microwave I'll see a long-cold bowl of soup or a dried-out burrito. Usually in the morning I wake to find food left out on the counter instead of covered or refrigerated. The amount of food I have had to throw away lately is staggering.

There. That's one thing. I have to start small or I'll get overwhelmed.
