I got WAY excited when I saw this on YouTube the other day. I love this song so much, and I don't think I'd ever seen the video. Robert Smith looks so great. I remember locking arms with tranny goths and skipping in circles on the dance floor at Zombie Zoo in Hollywood (at Osco's, which was torn down to build the hotel across from the Beverly Center) to this song. Good times.

Oh, I LOVE the Cure! I think they're still in my top ten, after all these years. I miss my goth days, too. :)

Thank you. I have a lot of icons waiting in the wings, but I'm at my maximum of 144. I don't like to let go of icons, so the extras don't make it to my journal. I wish we could have an unlimited number of icons.

The one I'm using for this comment I probably haven't used for over a year, but I can't bring myself to let her go. Maybe I should.

The Cure IS love!!!!!!!!!!!!

I keep hoping one of these years I can get M to go as Robert Smith for Halloween (it wouldn't take much, just some hairspray and makeup) but he is as anti-makeup as a pittbull! (Lame joke, sorry.)

ah. memories. it brings back all the feelings of the late 80s just to hear his voice...rockets me back to Oscar and youthful Love...I guess certain feelings never completely die. The sound of Robert Smith, and that one Sinead song, will always mean Oscar to me, and that, well, that feeeeling you just can't quite put your finger on. It's Love...but it's more than that...when the Future was a million miles wide with the possibilities of Life.
