2. Don't wait. Start therapy now, and deal with your relationship issues head-on.
3. Don't miss one more Grateful Dead related event. Get out there and dance your heart out, your feet to shreds, and the top of your head right off, every time you have the chance.
Now give yourself advice for ten years into the future:
1. Ask for help when you need it.
2. Start writing that book--it's now or never.
3. Get (or stay) active!
