Real estate euphemisms are amusing. Everyone knows that "cozy" means "tiny." Today I learned that "low maintenance yard" means "yard completely paved over, resembles concrete exercise yard in prison movies."

I have no money. I have watched the market ever since I bought my first house several years ago (don't own it any more obv.) It's an addiction that's hard to quit! Plus it is so fascinating to see prices coming down. I sure wish I had a down payment saved up. Watching the market is a good motivator to get my finances in order.

If you are in a position to do it, I say GO FOR IT. Sometime in the next year or so.
