Sunrise

I am sitting in my living room at 6:30am, looking out my picture window at the ocean. The sun is coming up on the other side of the house and it's going to be a beautiful day. Right now the clouds and the ocean are turning all these incredible shades of pink, and the horizon just above the ocean is this amazing deep periwinkle. I am so lucky to be in this house with a front row seat to some of nature's most spectacular sights, right here in the middle of the city. Watching the colors change over the ocean at sunrise and sunset wrenches my heart open, and praises tumble out.
