Nov. 21st, 2009 09:24 amI'm taken aback by how many people in booj are apparently so repressed that they can't imagine singing, whistling, or bouncing around along with a song on the PA in a public place.
I'm using this icon for a reason.
P.S. I know, it's rude to call people repressed, and I apologize in advance for anyone I'm offending.

'Cause your friends don't dance and if they don't dance
then they're no friends of mine!

Date: 2009-11-21 09:55 pm (UTC)It is a normal occurance for us to sing, dance, be-bop around when we hear good songs in stores and such. It's such fun. Those are the moments that give a little zest to life. I think it helps people who pass by you to feel a little bit of lightheartedness too.

Date: 2009-11-22 04:44 am (UTC)But even in repressed AL, I still "catch" other people singing along to songs on the PA at certain places :D

Date: 2009-11-21 10:40 pm (UTC)and I sing and dance in the store aisles all the time! The dancing is usually just with the kids, but I have no problem singing along in the store. And if I really like the song and others are singing, too, I'll belt it out!
