No guilt! It's not the fault of one event or another... it's just that our spending FAR outstrips our earnings, and it catches up with us periodically. We're working on a new strategy, that will unfortunately include some restrictions on travel at some point. We're SO not good at denying ourselves anything.

We had an unbelievably lovely time. Thank you for making our visit so comfortable and easy, for being so wonderful, and for having such awesome friends and an amazing daughter to boot!

I'm so sorry you're feeling crappy and down. I wish I could do something to help. hallsl is right, you know, you *are* a wonderful mother and a wonderful friend (even if we can't get out schedules to mesh!).
