I just had the most delicious frozen TV-dinner-type thingie I've ever eaten. Chicken Tikka Masala with Naan from Sukhi's Authentic Indian Cuisine. It was SOOO good. The spices were perfect, the flavor warm and rich, and there was a lemon flash about 1 second into each bite that lasted just the right amount of time before fading away. Tikka masala isn't exactly a lowfat food, and I have no idea how much this little thing cost (I was shopping in Andronico's and it's pointless to even look at the prices there, just pick up a couple little things and get out), but it was worth the splurge on both counts. Sukhi's is apparently made in Hayward, so I don't know how widely distributed this stuff is, but if you see it on the shelf, remember it comes highly recommended by twirlgrrl.

I don't care, really, no. I actually thought that LJ wasn't super searchable but it turns out that it is, if the term is specific enough. Thanks for the heads-up; I did make a couple recent entries Friends-Only since I've been getting lax about that, but in general I only post things publicly that I want the whole world to read. Read about MEEEEEE! I am SPESHUL!!!

I loved your to-journal-or-not-to-journal entry, and wish I'd had time to reply to it when you wrote it. Perhaps that will still happen someday.
